Associate Attorney - Arbitration Level Personal Injury Firm

Established mid-size Center City Philadelphia Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 -5 years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. We are looking for someone who is aggressive, has excellent organizational skills and is proactive in supporting their client's legal needs.
Duties will include:

1. Litigating Arbitration Level Cases through Award
2. Drafting Responsive Pleadings
3. Drafting & Responding to Motions, POs
4. Taking Depositions
5. Completing Discovery
6. PA license required

Required Experience

1. Minimum of 2-5 years of Personal Injury Experience
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of Arbitration Experience

Salary commensurate with experience.
