We are seeking a Clinician Support Agent to join our team at our San Francisco, CA location / hybrid work environment. This role involves day, evening, or night shifts. What You Will Be Doing

As the Clinician Support Liaison, your responsibilities include :

• Communicating via Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce between our Cardiac Technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals, clinicians, and patients.
• Effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and notifying physicians as per protocols.
• Following up on accounts for clinical information such as pacemaker settings and clinician contacts.
• Using case management systems to respond, update, and track case statuses.
• Verifying report completeness and process notification criteria.
• Fostering communication with internal and external partners.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for productivity and case quality.
• Adhering to HIPAA and Good Clinical Practices.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
