Senior Program Manager (Greenwood Village)

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Duties :

• Own and lead the consolidation and merging of three systems into one, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet key deliverables and timelines
• Work directly with three different SDLC Dev teams and their leadership, managing deliverables and timelines
• Drive program structure : organize workflows, document processes, resolve blockers, and improve program efficiencies
• Communicate program status and key metrics to stakeholders
• Create and deliver executive-ready Microsoft PowerPoint updates
• Act as a central point of contact between various teams and partners
• Lead and schedule recurring meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure clear accountability across all program workstreams
• Coordinate lightly with adjacent initiatives such as : Research and Client Feedback to ensure alignment
• Understand and communicate the broader impact of program work, connect strategic dots, and ask critical questions to guide project direction
• Work daily in tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reporting

The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $79.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
