Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Family Nurse Practitioner Medspa to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical spa setting and be skilled in both aesthetic and wellness services. You will be responsible for managing patients in our Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss programs, performing injectable aesthetic treatments, administering IV therapy, Laser Hair removal and delivering other high-end wellness services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Ability to upsell other products and services/Treatments.
• Manage and oversee patients receiving Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss services.
• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision and artistry.
• Administer IV vitamin therapy, hydration therapy, intramuscular vitamin injections and NAD.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the medical director and spa team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• (Preferred) Perform laser hair removal.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Florida Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice.
• Proficiency in neurotoxin and dermal filler injection techniques.
• Strong understanding of hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss protocols (training provided if needed).
• Excellent communication skills, professional bedside manner, and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Additional experience with laser hair removal is a plus.
