Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead our dedicated mitigation team. In this leadership role, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to Restore Lives and Repair Property. You'll be guiding teams through water, fire, and mold-related emergencies while setting the standard for operational excellence, customer service, and team development.

Your Impact : Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development : Set clear expectations, coach for growth, and hold team members accountable. Equip technicians and project managers to serve customers with skill, compassion, and professionalism.
• Operational Oversight & Project Excellence : Manage the full lifecycle of mitigation projects - from emergency response to final documentation - ensuring timely, high-quality execution in line with IICRC standards and SRG protocols.
• Financial & Strategic Performance : Oversee departmental performance, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability. Use data to drive decisions and ensure we meet financial goals.
• Customer Experience & Communication : Support Project Managers in delivering an excellent customer experience during times of crisis. Ensure customers are informed, cared for, and confident in the restoration process.
• Emergency Response Readiness : Coordinate and support after-hours and catastrophe (CAT) event response efforts. Ensure readiness across team resources, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Systems & Documentation : Model excellence in using business systems such as PSA, Xactimate, and Concur. Ensure all documentation is complete, timely, and aligned with internal standards.
