Position Overview

Orangetheory Fitness Kallison Ranch is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. We are located at 15489 Culebra Rd, San Antonio TX 78253 (Culebra & 211)

We Offer:

Compensation: Staring pay of $40 to $75 per session (Hour). If you're a Current High Performing coach with OTF we guarantee to exceed your current income.

Cash Incentives: Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Direct Career Track: Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.

PLEASE NOTE - You MUST have a current Personal Training Certificate or, have graduated from College in the last 2 years with Fitness related degree. The Personal Training Certificate must be NCCA certified (proctored exam) or the ability and willingness to take the proctored exam.

All candidates must participate in and successfully complete the paid 1 week training.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts

Help members set and achieve goals

Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t

Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing

Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) o
