Equipment Operator 2

The Equipment Operator is responsible for driving and operating a variety of motorized equipment, including rear and front-loading refuse packer trucks, vacuum trucks, box trucks, pickup trucks, forklifts, skid loaders, and similar vehicles. This role involves collecting, hauling, and moving organic waste, solid waste, hard trash, and recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications :

• Completion of at least 7th grade education plus 300 hours of training or three (3) months of experience in the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Valid Ohio Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with tanker endorsement.

Desired Qualifications :

The rate of pay for this position is $22.14 per hour.
