Description

Position Summary : The GT and BMC Business Enablement Learning Strategy team is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to assist with transferring paper survey response information into a centralized electronic format or database system.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering Data : Transcribing information from various sources (paper, electronic files, etc.) into computer systems or databases.
• Data Verification : Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data by cross-checking with original sources.
• Data Management : Maintaining and updating existing data, organizing files (physical and digital), and backing up data.
• Report Generation : Assisting with generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Data Integrity : Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Software Proficiency : Utilizing various software programs, such as spreadsheets (like Excel), databases, and other relevant tools.
