Job Title : Paralegal (Labor & Employment) - Contract Role

Location : 2 Riverway, Suite 845, Houston, TX

Tentative Pay Rate : $30-$34 per hour

Schedule :

• Training : 5 days / week in-office
• Post-Training : Potential flex to 4 days in-office (manager discretion)
• Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Start Date : November 17, 2025
• Duration : 6-month assignment
• Interviews : 2 rounds (combination of virtual + in-person)

The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies is seeking an Energetic Labor & Employment Paralegal to support its House Counsel team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to work closely with attorneys on complex labor and employment matters.

Position Summary

The Paralegal will assist attorneys in responding to demand letters, discrimination charges, and ongoing litigation in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple legal processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
