Events Manager

Uscreen is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS company on a mission to help creators and entrepreneurs monetize their video content. Over 25,000 creators use our all-in-one video membership platform to generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events.

We're seeking an Events Manager to design, execute, and scale our event strategy. This role will lead both virtual and in-person events that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and build meaningful connections with our creator and partner communities. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure our events deliver measurable business outcomes while reflecting the creativity and innovation of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own Uscreen's events strategy, including virtual webinars, workshops, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics : budgeting, vendor management, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align events with demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Partnerships to create community-focused experiences that strengthen retention and advocacy.
  • Build scalable playbooks and processes for repeatable, high-quality event execution.
  • Measure and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on event trends, tools, and best practices to keep Uscreen's event strategy fresh and innovative.

What We're Looking For

  • 35 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success managing both in-person and virtual events from strategy through execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills comfortable working with vendors, executives, and customers alike.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to measure event impact.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS environment.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technology events.
  • Familiarity with webinar and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, or similar).
  • Background in building community-driven events or creator / SMB-focused programs.
  • Ability to bring creativity and storytelling into event experiences.
