The Salon Operations Manager is crucial for overseeing all aspects of salon operations. This role provides necessary leadership and resources to help staff attract and retain clients, ultimately driving salon profitability. The Manager is also responsible for delivering top-notch hair care services, ensuring each guest receives unparalleled service that meets their needs. Minimal Qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Exceptional guest service skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing efficient, professional consultations
• Competence in performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, transaction completion on a computerized register, and light housekeeping duties (including banking procedures and inventory management)
• Proficient in resolving guest issues
• Strong leadership abilities to develop and nurture a positive team environment, providing training and guidance on both business and technical skills
