You’ll spend your days meeting agents for coffee, visiting offices, attending local events, and showing new partners why Journey is the easiest team to trust with their closings. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership and operations teams to ensure every new relationship turns into a seamless customer experience. Compensation : $100,000 On-Target Earnings ($50,000 Base + Commissions)

Responsibilities :

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Richmond real estate market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed.
  • Schedule coffee meetings, office pop-bys, and events to share Journey’s value proposition.
  • Partner with our operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new referring agents.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential clients, showcasing our innovative approach and solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in business development within the real estate industry, with a focus on the Richmond market.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and industry professionals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate our innovative solutions to potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
