Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer PLM with over 10 years of experience in SDLC STLC and the PLM domain (CATIA V5 and V6). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SRE principles IT infrastructure operations and hands-on experience supporting end-to-end services on PLM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical aspects of business process development IT support administration maintenance data migration and data transfer activities for PLM systems.
• Provide 24 / 7 production support as an L2 support engineer handling critical application and infrastructure issues.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using SRE principles to improve system scalability and reliability ensuring key SLAs and SLOs are met.
• Perform performance testing (load endurance scalability stress and volume) using tools such as JMeter Neoload and BlazeMeter.
• Conduct regression and validation processes including smoke tests manual testing regression tests and formal runs with new development builds.
• Manage data migrations from Unix to Red Hat Linux (versions 8 and 9) with PKI infrastructure.
• Document processes and solutions using JIRA and Confluence.
