A company is looking for a Laboratory Informatics & Technology Associate Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Epic support for lab operations and clinical stakeholders
Conduct business and clinical workflow analysis to assess needs for redesign and improvement
Assist in configuring lab software applications and provide support for implementation and daily management
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered for internal candidates
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience required, with at least one (1) year in a healthcare setting preferred
Prior laboratory clinical, healthcare operation, or IT experience required
Certification in Epic module required after hire, with ongoing application-specific certifications as needed
Strong software and application knowledge; project management experience preferred
