We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, California. This long-term contract role is part-time at approximately 15 hours per week and will play a critical role in supporting human resources operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, managing compliance, and maintaining accurate employee data. Responsibilities :

• Facilitate and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
• Manage administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process.
• Utilize HRIS systems to input, track, and manage employee data efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline HR processes.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to HR activities and metrics.
• Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for staff.
• Support various HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in overseeing onboarding processes and managing HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of conducting background checks and ensuring compliance.
• Experience working with HRIS systems to manage employee information.
• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
