Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. Our affiliated practice in Cape Coral, FL, is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Experienced & New Graduate Midwives are encourage to apply!

Our CNMs deliver a full spectrum of care including well-woman exams, family planning and contraceptive counseling and management of commen GYN conditions. In the obstetric setting, they provide prenatal care, labor and delivery and manage postpartum care.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established and successful practice that has served the Cape Coral & Fort Myers community for over 30 years
• Large single-specialty group - 16 MDs (4 GYN only), 9 Midwives, 3 PAs
• 1 Call Day per Week
• Post-call Day Off
• 1:6 Weekend Call
• Flexible schedule: 3 or 4 day work week
• Delivering hospital: Cape Coral Hospital - low-risk OB only
• High-risk OB transferred to Health Park Medical Center

Requirements:

• Two years of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience required
• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license

• CPR and NALS Certification

• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
