Job Details :

Work days, evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled

Coordinate and produce quality computerized tomography (CT) studies and assist in CT guided procedures

Perform venipuncture and medication administration with focus on safety and effectiveness

Exercise critical thinking skills and demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy / physiology, radiation safety

Operate sophisticated imaging and ancillary equipment to produce quality CT procedures

Accurately document care in electronic health record (EHR)

Assess patients prior to studies to ensure safety and cooperation

Educate patients and answer questions prior to CT examinations

Work with picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) to transmit, archive, and retrieve digital images

Serve patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Must have 2 years of experience required for submission

Required certifications : ARRT Radiography, ARRT CT, CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist, IV Certification, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (all upon hire)

Radiology Fluoroscopy certification required within 180 days of hire

Valid state license required at time of submission

Epic experience preferred

Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing

40 hours of orientation required

50 mile travel requirement with locals accepted at local rate
