Role Overview
We are seeking independent Sales Partners to generate and close new business for Avant Tech US across Staffing and Home Care service lines . This is a commission-only, non-employee role , designed for experienced sales professionals, recruiters, or consultants with established networks and the ability to close B2B or B2B2C deals.
This role is ideal for professionals who prefer uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients within the United StatesLeverage professional networks to generate qualified leadsConduct initial outreach and discovery conversationsQualify opportunities and introduce Avant Tech US solutionsRegister leads through the approved deal-registration processCollaborate with internal leadership to progress dealsHand off closed or near-close opportunities for contracting and deliveryWhat You Will NOT Do

This is a commission-only role . No base salary, benefits, or expense reimbursement.
Commissions are earned only after Avant Tech receives payment from the client .
Indicative commission structure :
Contract / Temp Staffing : 10% of the first 3 months’ billed revenuePermanent Placement : 15–20% of placement feeHome Care client acquisition : commission structure shared during onboardingCommissions are paid within 7–14 days of cleared payment .
Performance Expectations
Within the first 60 days , Sales Partners are expected to achieve at least one of the following :
Introduce 3 qualified prospects , orClose 1 paying clientFailure to meet minimum activity expectations may result in termination of the partnership.
