Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through consistent and positive interactions.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered to effectively present and sell to customers.
  • Sales Targets : Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive customer outreach and pipeline management.
  • Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for an enhanced customer experience.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable inputs into sales strategies.

Requirement

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience : Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but would make an exception for the right personality.
  • Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Demonstrated experience in providing excellent service and focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adjust to changing business scenarios and remain resilient in challenging situations.
