[job_card.job_description]Develop a unified visual identity system that elevates the Education brand and supports clear, confident storytelling for students and educators. Translate strategy into visual concepts, layouts, and design patterns that work across product, web, mobile, templates, learning content, and marketing assets. Partner with content strategists, product designers, PMM, community teams, and learning designers to maintain consistency and clarity across all surfaces. Create visual systems, style guides, libraries, and reusable components that scale easily across global regions and diverse education contexts. Explore new creative directions and experiments that keep our brand fresh, relevant, and accessible for K to 12 and higher education audiences. Support product and campaign launches with strong visual storytelling, including key art, thumbnails, icons, motion, and in-product visuals. Ensure every asset reflects high quality craft, alignment to brand goals, and accessibility for students and educators of all levels. Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, composition, color, and imagery. Experience designing for multi-surface environments across product and marketing. Ability to translate brand strategy into a cohesive visual system with clarity and purpose. Familiarity with creative tools, education audiences, and accessible design principles. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to iterate, co-create, and support a wide set of cross-functional teams. A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in brand systems, visual identity, and cross-surface design execution.
