Senior / Mid-Level Litigator

A well-regarded plaintiff’s litigation firm in the Bay Area, California is seeking an experienced and tenacious litigation attorney to join its team. This unique opportunity handles high‑impact cases focused on individual rights against corporate and institutional defendants.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management : Independently manage a demanding caseload of civil litigation matters, often involving serious injury, high‑value tenant claims, or complex workplace disputes.
• Discovery : Lead all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing clients for and taking / defending complex depositions of expert and lay witnesses.
• Law & Motion : Draft and argue critical motions, including motions for summary judgment, in limine, and various discovery motions.
• Negotiation : Conduct mediations and settlement conferences, securing favorable outcomes for clients.
• Trial Preparation : Participate actively in all phases of trial preparation, including developing trial themes, drafting jury instructions, and preparing demonstrative evidence.
• Client Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing strategic advice and managing expectations.
