Key Responsibilities
Provide support to financial institutions by addressing escalated or time-sensitive issues professionally
Handle support line training in data entry and service center procedures while resolving inquiries
Perform account maintenance and manage routine insurance coverage inquiries for loans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields in insurance or banking
Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Able to work under stress while maintaining professionalism
