Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in daily activities and educational programs that promote holistic development.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Support the observation and documentation of children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective teaching team.
