Preconstruction Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Preconstruction Coordinator to join our Newport News, Virginia office. This role provides high-level estimating and administrative support to the preconstruction team, assisting in managing bid proposals, trade partner communications, and project documentation. It's an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow their preconstruction skills while learning from experienced estimators on multi-million dollar projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and estimating support to the preconstruction team.
• Manage bid proposals, project plans, and documentation for multiple active projects.
• Perform bid solicitation via phone and email; manage subcontractor database entries.
• Coordinate communications between team members, trade partners, and other stakeholders to address project questions and clarifications.
• Organize, maintain, and track project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in project scope reviews and support trade partner relations.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and adhere to company processes and procedures.
