A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage administrative support for an assigned block of clients and serve as the primary contact for service needs
Prepare RFPs, lead renewals, and maintain data integrity within the Benefit Administration platform
Educate clients on legislation and market trends while generating interest in additional coverage options
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience in employee benefits and / or insurance
Prior experience in creating benefits reports and preparing RFPs preferred
Must obtain and maintain required licenses / certifications as needed
Proficient in applicable technology (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
