TITLE : Evening Custodians (Hours typically from 3-11 pm)

LOCATION : Clear Creek Elementary (Oxford, IA)

JOB SUMMARY : Maintains the Clear Creek Amana School facilities and grounds.

REPORTS TO : Building Engineer or Director of Buildings and Grounds

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Physically able to stand, walk, climb, se hands and fingers to handle and / or feel objects, squat, stoop, kneel, reach above the head and push / pull or lift / move heavy objects
• Work in various inside and outside environments being subjected to weather changes and various noise levels.
• Has manual dexterity to handle pieces of custodial equipment such as vacuums, mop buckets, electric floor scrubbers, etc.
• Requires lifting materials weighing up to (seventy) 70 pounds on a routine basis and may be required to lift heavier items on occasion.
