Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Asset Recovery Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected base salary $65,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on asset recovery progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the risk associated with asset recovery cases and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Ensure all recovery activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiate payoffs, settlement balances and 3 rd party sales as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage the recovery of company assets, ensuring timely and efficient retrieval.
  • Communicate with clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding debts.

Qualifications / Experiences :

  • HS Diploma required. BA / BS degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in asset recovery, collections, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and familiarity with asset management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to recover high-value assets through effective skip tracing techniques.
  • Experience with financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
