LocumJobsNetwork is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Cardiology PA in Minnesota!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Physician Assistant for a 150-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota. This opportunity begins on Dec 29, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday schedule, with day shifts from 8am to 4pm and no call coverage. The provider will manage a clinic template of 15 patients per day and play a key role in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. Candidates must hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and possess board certification in Cardiology.

  • Provider Type Needed : Cardiology Physician Assistant
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm; first patient at 8am and last patient at 4pm; no call coverage

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Conduct and interpret electrocardiograms (ECGs), Holter monitoring, and related diagnostic tests
  • Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals with cardiac arrhythmias
  • Collaborate with cardiology team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards

    • Additional Information

  • Must be licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota
  • Board certification in Cardiology required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Previous experience in Electrophysiology strongly preferred
