Global Material Review Project Manager

A company is looking for a Global Material Review Project Manager (Project Manager III) to oversee the review of promotional materials in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure promotional materials are reviewed by cross-functional teams and maintain an audit-ready mindset

Facilitate Medical / Regulatory meetings and provide expert guidance throughout the approval process

Contribute to process improvements and monitor timelines for material approval

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Project Management skills

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats

Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams
