Requirements :

Must have an active TN RN License or Compact RN License in good standing

Minimum 2 years of OR experience

Certifications Required : BLS, CST National certificate

Must Have : Critical thinking and strong customer service skills

Requested Skill Set / Advanced Skills Needed :

Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures

Neurosurgical and general / robotic experience preferred but not required

Procedures Performed on Unit :

Total joints

Spine fusions

Neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies

Robotic procedures

General surgical procedures

Urology procedures

Cardiovascular procedures, including open heart

Unit Specifics :

Number of Beds : 17 Operating Rooms

Patient Ratios : N / A

Unit Staffing : Surgery Board Runner

Equipment : Electrosurgical devices, Neptune suction, patient positioning devices, and related OR equipment

Documentation System : Meditech

Scheduling Requirements : 7a–3p or 7a–5p

Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures (only system in Tennessee)
