A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to oversee new product development programs in a remote / hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute complex new product development programs involving multi-functional projects

Prepare and maintain Design History Files and ensure readiness for audits

Manage program budgets, assess risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MS or MBA preferred

8 years of experience in Class 3 medical device industry; international experience required

10 years of experience in R&D, engineering, program management, or manufacturing operations

PMP Certification required; Six Sigma and / or Agile PP certification preferred

Formal training in program management is a plus
