Customer Service Representative

Pay :   $37,000-$42,000 first-year earnings

Schedule :   Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (No weekends!)

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key part of our daily operations and customer experience.  Responsibilities include :

  • Answering inbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Scheduling and coordinating technician routes
  • Assisting current and prospective clients
  • Promoting Bug Zero services
  • Resolving client concerns and problem-solving
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Stable work history
  • Friendly, professional phone presence
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, internet, and CRM software
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude
