Home Health Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Help with mobility and transfer assistance to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate changes in client condition to office staff.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health or personal care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Brighton MI.
• Compassionate patient and dedicated to providing quality care.
