We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Credentialing Coordinator I!
Responsibilities
Complete and review, with accuracy and thoroughness, all new hires to ensure additional locations / boards for credentialing and re-credentialing applications are met within the designated timeframeResponsible for notification to appropriate parties once receivedResponsible for ensuring the MSO (Medical Staff Offices) and the credentialing database is updated and currentEnsure primary source verifications occur for internal processing as well as external customers (i.e. MSO's & State Boards)Provide timely follow-up to obtain documentation requiredCredentialing (within 180 days) & re-credentialing within 36 monthsCoordinate internally to ensure complete information is receivedEnsure credentialing & re-credentialing is processed in accordance with NCQA and company standardsAssist and prepare for NCQA auditQualifications
