Key Responsibilities
Enter and update gifts, grants, and donations in Salesforce accurately and efficiently
Conduct data hygiene checks and support the maintenance of fundraising dashboards
Collaborate with the Development Manager to streamline data workflows and address data inconsistencies
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations, data entry, or CRM management
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Ability to process repetitive tasks with high accuracy and focus
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
