[job_card.job_description]Provide inpatient dialysis care in a short-term acute care, Level I trauma teaching hospital. Work 3x12 hour day shifts (7AM-7PM), with on-call required 2 days per week and every other weekend. Deliver direct patient care, monitor, and assess patients undergoing dialysis. Utilize Aqua caddy RO and Fresenius T-Bluestar machines for dialysis treatments. Administer medications and follow all safety and quality standards (e.g., BCMA). Maintain documentation and charting using Cerner. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Follow facility protocols regarding guaranteed hours, RTO, and call-offs. Wear any color scrubs; parking is free. Must have active / unrestricted Arizona RN or compact license, BLS, ACLS. Require minimum 2 years of inpatient dialysis RN experience. First-time travelers accepted; locals may apply. No floating or blocked scheduling; unit manager approval required for time off. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient safety and care quality.
