WtX Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure that work is executed in accordance with contractual requirements project timelines budgets and QHSE standards. Acting as the technical and managerial lead on site this role coordinates internal teams and subcontractors ensures compliance with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and drives continuous improvement in operational performance.  This position will work remotely and candidate may be located in Rhode Island Pennsylvania / Virginia or Tampa FL areas.

Qualifications :

Guidance & Personnel Management :

• Provide clear leadership to on-site teams by communicating work schedules safety protocols and project requirements.
• Supervise both internal personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely on time and within budget.
• Monitor and review performance and escalate issues when necessary to maintain high quality standards.
