Account Manager
Account Managers manage, supervise and coordinates the activities, at the field level, of all assigned Security Officers and executes all tasks related to maintaining prescribed standards in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing / Industrial Factories, Hospitals, and many others. Essential duties and responsibilities include maintaining security operations business plans, providing input to the development of service strategy, ensuring successful implementation of new contract start-up, taking a proactive role in meeting client needs, ensuring all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, organizing and creating action plans around key problem areas, performing administrative activities associated with the effective management of assigned account operations, partnering with Human Resources to ensure thorough training of all assigned employees, managing uniforms, equipment, supplies & vehicles needs, and maintaining responsibility for assigned account(s) and security personnel seven days a week.
Supervisory responsibilities include managing 1-5 subordinates who supervise up to 50 employees of said account / posts, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites, and directly supervising approximately 50 hourly employees.

Qualifications include an associate's degree and a minimum of two years of management experience in security or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft Office software, eHub (preferred), and working knowledge of Internet programs are required. Valid State Driver's License, CPR / AED / First Aid Certification (if applicable), and Valid Security Officer License if required by the state are also required. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test is necessary. Available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and travel up to 50% to inspect assigned accounts / posts or corporate travel as needed.
Physical demands include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, talking or hearing, reaching with hands and arms, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting and / or moving up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities required by this job. The work environment is usually moderate in noise level and the Operations Manager must be capable of working in a fast-paced / high-stress environment.
