Alliance Lifetime Mental Health offers mental health services virtually across the state of Massachusetts and in person at our Lawrence office. Come join our multidisciplinary team and work within an environment that fosters autonomy and professional growth.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Clinical Director and assist in clinical oversight of Lawrence office location.
• Provide clinical supervision to assigned master's level clinicians that are working towards licensure.
• Work alongside clients in building a treatment plan to meet their goals.
• Conduct intake assessments.
• Provide individual counseling for your caseload (approximately 20 client hours a week).
• Provide internal referrals for medication management when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the internal team as necessary to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
• Referral to outside providers as needed.
• Collaborate with outside collaterals as necessary.

Qualifications:


Must have a Masters or Doctoral degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).

Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or Psychologist by the state of Massachusetts and have been practicing independently for the required length of time to meet state guidelines to provide clinical supervision.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
