Operational Excellence Lead

Global Medical Device Company is seeking a strategic Operational Excellence Lead to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Operational Excellence across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading global operational excellence strategy by driving the implementation of OpEx strategy across all manufacturing sites.
• Developing KPI frameworks, aligning goals with senior leadership and guiding teams to improve performance.
• Building and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement by delivering training, standardizing processes, and deploying Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to evaluate operational maturity.
• Evaluating factory maturity levels, identifying waste and process variability.
• Implementing improved systems and tools.
• Providing regular reports to leadership on progress toward world-class operations.
• Delivering education and awareness programs that reinforce operational excellence principles.
• Developing systems, strategies, and tools that raise cost efficiency, customer service, and associate engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating operational risks.
