Content Manager

A company is looking for a Content Manager to lead the design and implementation of content frameworks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee interviewing, selection, training, and performance management of a high-performing team

Drive the development and continuous improvement of technical documentation and scalable documentation practices

Establish best practices and governance standards for documentation excellence across the organization

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field

At least 3 years of proven leadership experience

Expertise in managing knowledge management systems and applying best practices

Proficiency with leading KM tools and process modeling tools

Experience in project management, leading multiple large-scale documentation projects simultaneously
