What You’ll Do :

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and teams to promote meaningful outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance and organizational standards.
