Mechanical Systems Review Specialist

A company is looking for a Constructability Review Specialist (Mechanical Systems) - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate project scopes, drawings, and construction packages for Deferred Maintenance and Repair (DMR) projects

Evaluate facility condition assessments and analyze system performance to inform repair and replacement decisions

Provide expert-level recommendations to ensure proposed repairs and upgrades are technically sound and cost-effective

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience with mechanical systems and equipment

Ability to review designs and scopes for constructability and compliance

Experience in validating repairs and assessing system conditions

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
