KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Culinary Skills :  Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Attention to Detail :  Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times.
• Time Management :  Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours.
• Communication Skills :  Convey information and ideas clearly, and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Problem-Solving :  Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges.
