Position : Full-Time, 0.90 FTE, Night Shift

Salary Range : $23.03 - $34.59 / hour (based on collective bargaining agreement)

Status : Union-represented position

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll play a vital role in delivering quality, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments.

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope.

Perform essential technical skills : CPR, vital signs, fluid intake / output, dressing changes, and more.

Assist patients with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.

Support mobility : help patients walk, exercise, and move safely.

Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed.

Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.

What We're Looking For

Education : Graduate of an accredited CNA program.

Licensure : Certified Nursing Assistant - Washington State; Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.

Experience : 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.

Skills : Compassionate, organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
