We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Proofreader to join CALIBRE Systems Inc. As a Proofreader you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of written content for our U.S. government and commercial clients. Your keen eye for spotting errors and strong language skills will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of excellence in our deliverables.

Job Responsibilities :

• Review and proofread various documents reports and communications to ensure grammar syntax and formatting accuracy
• Verify factual correctness and consistency of information presented in written materials
• Collaborate with writers editors and content creators to adhere to style guidelines and project requirements
• Suggest improvements for clarity coherence and overall effectiveness of written content
• Maintain a keen attention to detail while working efficiently to meet project deadlines
