The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll act as the primary technical relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services clients.

What You’ll Do
Client Strategy & Relationship ManagementServe as the main technical contact for client accountsBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executivesLead regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Develop and present technology roadmaps tied to business objectivesTechnical & Service OversightTake ownership of escalations and coordinate with internal teamsEnsure services meet contractual SLAs and performance benchmarksProactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement areasAdvocate for clients while maintaining operational standardsGrowth & AdvisorySpot opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or projectsCollaborate with sales and engineering on proposals, SOWs, and quotesEducate clients about best practices in security, compliance, and strategyInternal CollaborationWork closely with Service Delivery, Projects, and NOC teamsMaintain accurate documentation and account informationUtilize MSP tools to track activity, performance, and client healthSuccess MetricsDeliver high client satisfaction and retentionProvide clear, actionable technology roadmapsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesManage issues proactively to build trustCollaborate seamlessly with internal teamsRequirements
Required :
3+ years in MSP or IT servicesExperience managing client relationships and technical escalationsSolid understanding of networking, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurityAbility to explain technical topics clearly to business stakeholdersExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable working in a hybrid environmentPreferred :
Experience as a TAM, vCIO, or similar client-facing roleFamiliarity with MSP platformsCertifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.Benefits
