The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role coordinates the onboarding process for new hires and non-paid individuals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist functions as the customer services contact for the Human Resources department.

Preferred Experience & Additional Skills : Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to function within a large, fast-paced environment comprised of a wide range of visitors, students, faculty and employees, both internally and externally. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with a diverse multi-cultural client base, and deal discreetly with large amounts of sensitive, confidential information. Incumbent must be a self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively and efficiently, in an environment with frequently changing priorities.
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements : A high school diploma and two years clerical or administrative experience in a human resources setting. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
