Controller – Dallas, TX
- Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for financial integrity, technical accounting, and scalable processes across a diverse portfolio including multifamily residential, hotel operations, food & beverage, and amenities.
- A hands-on and strategic role; owning close, reporting, lease accounting, and building systems that support continued growth and expansion.
- Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- 10–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred
- Multifamily real estate accounting experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience with property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, or similar)
- POS system integrations (Toast or similar) a plus
- Competitive executive compensation package, including performance-based bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits plan with health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Comp $150k with some flexibility for the right candidate
