Sales Associate & Client Wellness Education

As a Nutrition & Wellness Team Member, you will play a hands-on role in supporting clients as they pursue their health, fitness, and wellness goals. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, energized by meaningful conversations, and excited to be part of a purpose-driven team.

You will educate, encourage, prepare nutritious shakes, guide clients through InBody scans, and help them interpret their progress — all while creating an uplifting and welcoming environment.

Client Support & Education

• Welcome and engage clients in meaningful conversations about their health and wellness goals
• Guide clients through InBody scans and help them understand body composition results
• Support clients in tracking progress and celebrating wins
• Educate clients on meal planning, macronutrients, and how PLN products support their goals
• Inspire confidence and consistency in clients — whether they’re just starting or leveling up

Shake Bar & Product Experience

• Prepare and serve nutritious, real-food shakes with consistency and care
• Recommend shakes and supplements based on client goals (performance, recovery, meal replacement, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-serve shake bar

Store Operations

• Restock retail refrigerators and manage inventory
• Receive and organize deliveries (may involve lifting 10–50 lbs)
• Use the Point of Sale system to process transactions and manage memberships
• Follow daily operational checklists to ensure a clean, professional environment
• Support opening and closing procedures
